class training

Classes are Monday through Friday and are in 60-minute sessions. We cover the fundamentals in self-defense, increasing your stamina and strength with Muay thai, boxing, and kickboxing. We perform HIIT exercises in a fun, dynamic class.

private / personal training

Private trainings are scheduled in 30-minute and 60 minute sessions. We cover the fundamentals in self-defense, increasing stamina and leg power using Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and HIIT exercises with an increased focused on your individual fitness goals.

elite pro training

This is for amateur and professional fighters only. This class is a 90 minute training sessions where we improve your technical striking using Muay Thai and boxing. We train specific fight IQ, hold pads, and prepare you for your upcoming fight.
