
Book a Class
All levels are welcome to attend our group classes Monday- Friday.
If you would like to book a private 1:1 session or a private group class: Simply hit the “BOOK NOW” button followed by the date and available time you would like to attend.
Each class will give you an engaging workout, increasing confidence and discipline while hitting your fitness goals.
Our group classes are listed below. If you are a new student, please arrive 10 minutes prior for orientation.
MONDAY: 12:30PM & 6PM
TUESDAY: 7:15PM
WEDNESDAY: 12:30PM & 6PM
THURSDAY: 7:15PM
FRIDAY: 12:30PM & 6PM
SATURDAY: 12:30PM
